At the helm of Harb CM is Joseph Michael Harb. An accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development, recognized for delivering iconic, award-winning projects across hospitality, residential, commercial, office, and mixed-use sectors, managing a portfolio valued at $3 billion.

 His experience spans the full project lifecycle—from inception to completion.  Mr. Harb is specialized in transforming investment visions into high-performing real estate assets through strategic execution, financial oversight, and lean construction principals. 

His triple background in architecture, construction, and real estate development gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective—balancing design vision, technical execution, and strategic growth. His hands-on leadership and ability to navigate complex projects have earned him a reputation for delivering world-class luxury real estate developments with precision and operational excellence.

Before founding Harb CM, Mr. Harb spent significant years at Harwood International in Dallas, Texas as the Vice President of Development and Construction. During this time, he oversaw Harwood’s development vertical, which encompassed HDF Architectural Services, HCMS Construction Management Services, and SPHINX General Contracting Services—a successful backward integration strategy that provided comprehensive, end-to-end control over the design and construction process. 

Mr. Harb’s leadership has garnered industry recognition, with awards from D Magazine, ENR, and the Dallas Business Journal for landmark projects such as the Rolex Building, Swexan Hotel, Hotel Van Zandt, Harwood #14, Bleu Ciel Condominium, Vitruvian Park Phase 1, and renowned hospitality destinations like Elephant East and TeDeseo.
